SITE, Incorporated was founded in 1997. Since then, SITE has provided a variety of client services in Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Our engineers are registered as Professional Engineers in the State of Tennessee and multiple other states. SITE also has a State of Tennessee Registered Land Surveyor on staff.
SITE works with a number of developers primarily assisting with the development of large single tenants, mid-sized projects (10,000 – 150,000 sf), and larger centers (150,000 – 800,000 sf and larger) with multiple tenants. SITE also works with mixed-use developments, residential communities, industrial developments, office developments, assisted living facilities, schools, medical facilities, municipal and institutional developments and municipal transportation projects. On the other end of the scale, SITE has been involved in the design and planning of multiple projects containing various forms of greenway trails, parks, and golf courses.
Services provided by SITE include: site layout and master planning, site grading design, design of municipal utility extensions, design of stormwater drainage systems and municipal roadways, design of state highway improvements, and permitting within various levels of municipal and state agencies. SITE provides practical guidance from the conceptual stages of a project through construction administration.
